Meet Jim & Kim

Hey Friends – We are Jim & Kim VanGilder!

Together with friends and family, we’ve been making music to the Lord and leading worship for over 20 years. From the remotest locations in Montana to the National Mall in Washington D.C., we’ve dedicated our life to bringing glory to the name of Jesus and raising the song of his praise.

Jim is one of those super annoying people who can play just about anything that makes sound. His primary instrument however is the keyboard. His love of music as a way of worship began long before there was microphone or a stage, and it has taken him places one might only ever imagine. His favorites will always be simple gatherings where lovers of the King come together for the simple joy of exalting him.

Kim is first and foremost a worshiper and then a musician. Her heart loves communicating with God through song and using music as a vehicle to testify to God’s goodness and faithfulness. She serves the body through encouragement and exhortation, mining the Word of God for truth that is applicable to all aspects of life, and she loves weaving scripture and prayer into times of gathered worship.

Together they’ve raised 2 sons, helped start 3 churches, served to empower multiple home-grown worship communities, launched a city-wide worship ministry, and adventured across the country singing and photographing as they travelled. In recent years they have relocated to call Montana home, both to be close to family and for the photo ops. ?
